The accommodation comprises:
Kitchen, breakfast room, lounge, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, porch and outside toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and electric cooker (There is a freezer in the porch area).

Breakfast room, with exposed beams and oil fired rayburn.

Lounge with a traditional inglenook fireplace, wood burner, and a piano, TV, DVD player, video recorder, CD player and radio.

Dining room with exposed beams and an open fireplace.

Four bedrooms to accommodate up to 9 people and cot:
1. 1 double bedroom.
2. Twin bedded room.
3. 1 double and 1 single bed.
4. Twin bedded room.

Two Bathrooms:
1. Bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
2. Bathroom with a bath, toilet, and washbasin.

Full oil central heating throughout, also an outside toilet.
